Rubber seal on top of popup roof loose

Apologies if this is already covered somewhere else, but I looked and couldn't find anything. I noticed that when I put the roof up there is a gap between the canvas and the roof section where the rubber seal has come off the tracks.

I have pushed it back on but it keeps popping off again. Has anyone else encountered this problem and do they have a solution?

Yes. A few threads on the Forum.
Lower the roof slightly and push the seal in from the outside AND the inside using a trim tool or similar. If it happens again VW use a thin bead of Silkaflex/mastic in the channel.
If under warranty - VW.
