found these rubber buffer/stoppers in the boot area of my 2014 cali.
Anyone got any idea where they've fallen out of?image.jpg

If you move the rear seat forward, then look at the front of the multiplex board ( rear parcel shelf ). You will see 2 black plastic fittings, one each side. These hold the rubber bump stops to stop the board hitting the rear of the seat back.
To refit properly you need to remove the 2 plastic fittings and pull the tails of the stop through the hole.

Oh no not again.....!
:D
First rule ....try to use the search funtion:thumb
Can somebody write a note to VW...

Brilliant. Thanks so much. I owe you a beer. Sorry for not searching first. Lesson learnt.
Cheers.

I had the same problem when mine was new , like many others here...

Maybe they just chuck them in for the owners to DIY fit?

Getting those annoying rubber bungs to stay in (despite taking off the plastic brackets and trying to pull through) is akin to nailing jelly to the ceiling. Decided to use black fuse tape across the top to subtly keep mine in place.

Does anyone know the part number for these rubber bungs ??
