do the front seats on a beach turn round or only the passenger seat???
If so please tell me how( again?!!!)

Both passenger and drivers seats turn around (on my UK spec Beach anyway).
The method is the same as the passenger seat but admittedly a bit more fiddly because the steering wheel and handbrake get in the way. So in addition to the passenger seat steps you will have to:
1) push the steering wheel as far in as it will go.
2) release the handbrake (parking brake). Making sure the Cali wont roll away of course.
3) wind the seat backrest forward as much as you can. (to get extra space between the steering wheel and seat backrest).

You should then just about have enough clearance between the armrests and the B panel trim to rotate the seat.
It becomes easier after you have done it a few times.
