Seeking a professional conversion crafts person

I live in Bristol and I am looking for a private and professional crafts person to convert my 1 year old caddy maxi life to a camper. I want to be involved in this, I have time, am an ex engineer and interested but I have no experience and want a professional job. Clearly I am expecting to pay well for this.

Before I committed to a Cali, I researched and spoke with many converters, and these guys really know their business and are detail focused true craftsmen. Too many seemed to be hobby engineer types who were good at layout design and assembling but not into aestheticly pleasing smart conversions with high quality insulation and linings.
The finishing touches are what differentiate craftsmen from engineers IMO.
