Short list of instructions ("cheat sheet") for renters of T5

Hello,

We have purchased a T5 California and wish to rent it out occasionally when we are not using it. We will of course have to give any renters a thorough set of instructions, but we would also like to hand them a short instruction guide with the most important things on it. Has anyone created one before?
