Slated blind not fully opening/closing

The slated blind will not fully open or close which makes it not possible to access the roof bed. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it?

Are you sure nothing is jamming it? It should run freely.

If you can pop the top up then you can push
the bed up and the shutter should slide out of
the bed/ceiling part.
It has metal tubing inside of the plastic and you need to knock
the metal back in and glue or silicone them back in so they don´t
slide out again.

Thanks for the advice. The top runner had dropped down a bit so managed to push it back into position. Now working again
