Sliding door opening problems after deadlock

I have an issue with the opening of the sliding door on my T6. With the deadlock enabled, when I close with the remote and reopen through the remote, the sliding door doesn't open. When disabling the deadlock with the button on the A pillar, it opens normally. Anyone any idea on how to fix this issue?

Have you tried pressing the unlock button twice?

Does the sliding door actually deadlock when the rest do? (If you sit in and deadlock can you open the door from the inside?)
