Sliding Door Operation Not Smooth

I've a new T6 Ocean and the sliding door appears to grind inside the side runner due to resistance at several points along the runner. I've used several T5/T6s vans in the past and never noticed an issue but the door is definitely not as smooth as it should be. Dealer has offered to sort it out but it's a bit of a drive and I'd like to know if there's anything that I can do to fix it myself.

There is a long list on sliding door problems (if you do some searching), some even scratch the bodywork ....
Think you should only do one thing here and tell your dealer to sort it out.
