Sliding Door Seal (not fitting very well - come un stuck a bit)

Help - Just decided to clean around the sliding door seal at the bottom and managed to pull it away from the body a bit. Now it doesn't fit very well. Is it a case of applying some adhesive and pushing it down or do I need buy something special to do the job properly. My hubby is not very happy.

Sounds a bit like the issue I had with my roof seal. Didn't want to sit right but I got it fairly ok closed the roof and it was fine the next day.
