Why should you do this , does the AA men comes on a white shirt?
As per above , changing wheels gets you dirty anyway .

But i think you are affraid the spare will rust and when changed your Cali look awkward ...
Just have the punctured tyre repaired and put it back on and the spare back underneeth
How much are the odds for a punture now a days? nothing to worry about.
