Supplier recommendation

I'm after a set of 16" steel wheels and just wondered if anyone could recommend a supplier. I read about someone called Benn who advertised on this forum but I can't find an advert only a recent ish thread where a couple of members had no luck in contacting him. My biggest concern is ensuring I purchase the correct load rated ones.

There's usually loads for sale on eBay.
