Swapping out single rear window with double glazed window

Just wondered how easy it is to swap out the single glazed window with the demister in for a double glazed version. Is it a strait swap or are there complications with trim. If anyone has done this any idea of how much it might cost, and does a dealer have to do it or can a normal window fitter do it, on-site or on location ?

Bonded in I think. Bit time consuming to do but other than cost no reason why not.

Double glazed has no heater elements.
