T5 Alarm keeps going off

The alarm on mine keeps going off randomly, usually around 3am much to mine and the neigbours delight!
This is happening with the motion sensor switched off on the b pillar.
I read loads of threads but most point at the motion sensor but this must be something more sinister?

Might be worth investing in Carista, then you can turn the alarm off and see if it solves. Maybe the switch on the Bpillar is not working as it should.

+ On some vehicles a low battery will cause an alarm fault.

I was going to suggest battery, coldest part of the night the voltage drops enough to set things off.
