T5 California bench seat belt problem

Our offside seatbelt on the back seat will not retract.
Would welcome any hints in how to investigate and solve this problem.

just move the bench seat forward a couple of inches it will then retract

There should be 2 rubber bumpers on the Rear Shelf leading edge. If these have been lost then pushing the Bench seat back can jam the seat belts. Part 13 below.

Fixed now thank you. Don’t have rear shelf in at the moment so I don’t think that was an issue. I pulled the seat forwArd as suggested and it fixed it!
