T5 webasto - can it be used for cooling?

I've got a webasto diesel heater - see attached - and wondering if I can use it to keep the van cool (e.g. while I'm.on the beach) by having it at a low setting? Or will it always heat?

On it’s low setting it’ll only pump out ambient, possibly even warmer.

Apart from these two days, when, in The Uk, does it get hot enough to require cooling?

Is "ambient" basically air recirculation?

????? Ambient means is blows out air at the same temperature as it sucks in , ie if its hit outside then that’s what you’ll get inside!
