Tailgate Paint Problem AGAIN!!!

Hi

So having had this problem last year and it turning out to be such a drama due to shocking service and Paint work, I'm fuming to see it has come back in 6 month's and I can't believe there isn't lots more with the same thing but just haven't noticed.

No our T5.1 2014 Beach the number plate light holder rubs the paint away at the end of the holder... This has been done as I've said but they haven't fixed the problem and JED is out of warranty in Jan 2017...

Has anyone else had the same problem if not just take a look and see if the paint has rubbed through.

Had exactly the same problem on mine, In three time and still the problem came back!!! in the end I lost faith in VW fixing the problem and resolved it myself with bicycle inner tube glued to the back of the tailgate trim as a spacer. Three years late still good as new.
