Taking hob rings off?

Is this possible? The OCD part of me needs to clean the hob area very thoroughly!

I try to apply equal pressure to the hop itself when I do it as it feel quite thin and I didn't want casue any damage but it can be done.

they just pull up - be warned the little black bits they sit in are pretty fragile and silly money to replace (fiver each+VAT). I blagged replacements under warranty
