Thinking of switching from full fat Cali to beach...

It is rather embarrassing in a Cali SE when you can't give even one person a lift because of the lack of seats. Even our little hatch seats five!

The Cali is a four seater, you sacrifice the additional seat for the motor home section, if you need anymore than four then buy an additional seat or a five seater Beach. If this was a problem for you then you bought the wrong one. You cant blame VW for that can you?

No and we are a four person family. But people expect a van to be able to seat more than four. It's not a big issue but it's still worth mentioning,

SE is gone, new beach ETA tbc but likely early next year
