Tow Bar mod.

Does anybody know of a simple way to convert a swan neck to an old style twin bolt tow ball?
(I have a non removable swan neck bar installed)

Short of removing the tow bar assy and welding on a stub I'm stuck.

I have one of those. It is all one piece behind the bumper cover and bolted forward onto the chassis each side.

I don't think you can do anything to it without removing it from the van and re-engineering it on the bench.

Might be easier to take it off and buy a 2 bolt bar from a T5 accessories dealer and sell the Westfalia swan neck on to recoup some of the cost.
