Tyres for 18" Wheels

Looks like I need four new tyres, just wondering what the current tyre of choice is for 18" wheels please? I dont use my Cali much in the winter so summer all season is not that important?

An alternative is the Pirelli Seal Inside which has self sealing layer ability to deal with nails etc through the tread.
Has obvious advantage if no spare wheel carried. Doesn't appear to be available in 255/45/18 size.
Available in 235.55.18 104V XL which has only marginal difference in tyre sidewall height giving a pretty accurate speedo reading.

Uniroyals here, good price and good ratings. A bit of shopping around can get you a good price, managed to get a pair for my car at £250 fully fitted and they are 19".
