Uploading Media 'unforeseen problem'

Hi, dunno if it's a glitch in the mainframe but I keep getting 'Unforeseen problem' when trying to upload an image. I've done it before no worries and have tried with my both phone and laptop and re-sized but to no avail! Help please!

I tried to post some pics today and it was different then usual .
Could not choose the usuall thumbnail image , etc....
Only got a link to the image .
Something wrong or changes have been made on the forum?

This is strange, it started doing this a few days ago, I have checked the settings and all is OK so I have passed it to the techs
