Hi, I am travelling to Spain soon, I will have my mountain bikes on a tow bar mounted Atera rack which has its own number plate and lights, do I need a V20 warning sign?
My understanding is the providing the load does not extend past the number plate and lights on the rack it is not required. I may be wrong.
