V5 says 5 seats!

Just noticed my V5 says my SE is 5 seats, does that mean if I get pulled with 3 people on the back seat, (maybe 2 would have to share a seat belt) I'm legal!

You are only legal taking passengers if they wear a seatbelt.
So only 2 in the rear seat.

If your SE has three rails on the floor the extra, removable, seat can be fitted, making the log book correct.

The 5th seat is an option on non 4 motion models, therefore 5 seats maximum. V5 correct.
