Vehicle Loading and weights

Apologies that this topic has no doubt been discussed before but i cant find current definitive answers

I’m trying to make sense of the loading allowance. My 24 Ocean has a gross weight of 3080kg and mass in service of 2449kg per brochure and log book. The MIS, I think, allows for a driver of 75kg (I wish) and 90% fuel (nothing for water waste etc, I believe)

So in effect 631kg for wife, camping gear, bike rack etc

Does that sum it up correctly?
