Photo taken outside of Bergerac. We’re now in the Ardeche. Quite literally, for much of the day. I’m not saying it’s hot but you can’t actually hold onto the black bar to pull down the pop-up roof as it’s scolding. Scorchio!

What brand is your screen cover? I have a Rainbow screen which is silver on the inside, but the pockets that go over the cab doors are on the silver side, so I don't think it fits the other way round, with silver out to reflect heat out

edit : the view is from the Fern pit Cafe - outstanding views of the Gannell & Crantock, foods not too shabby either (I can recommend the Bacon Bap) & ferry operates from below the cafe when the tide is in so you can reach Crantock beach
