VW Bike Rack Protective Stickers

I fitted mine yesterday following instructions and the stickers are out about 10mm meaning they only just protect the top fitting. Will my car get damaged? Should I fit new stickers?

Don’t know about the stickers but suggest not using your postcode as your location

As long as the bike rack foot sits on the sticker, it will be fine. The racks don’t move at all once fitted correctly, just be careful not to overtighten the rack mounting bolts.
