Cali Kev and the team at the VW California shop provided fantastic service helping to diagnose the problem with a Brandrup Isotop (which had been stitched incorrectly on one side meaning it wouldn't fit properly) and to sort it out in person. Was your problem with the length of the Velcro ties to the top?

No the plastic tab one side was sewn in the wrong place
