VW T6.1 -30mm Lowering springs

Does anyone know why VW are having problems supplying and fitting these (Eibach) springs? I ordered them at the same time as the van which was March 21 but was told in January 22 the dealer wouldn't order them until the van was in the country which was March 22.
The dealer then said they had a cancelled back order for the springs and I would get those, nearly 3 months later and various delivery dates have now passed I have been told the ETA has been lifted and they don't know when they will arrive. Anyone else having the same experience?.

Yikes. I had a set in my garage, like new, and just flogged them for £65. No wonder the buyer was very happy.
