We connect plus: Lost the heat / Vent option

Wonder if anyone can shed some light on this one.
Have a We Connect Plus account until June 2026 and a Discover Pro ICE.

We we got teh van I could see teh heat / vent activation in the app on my Android phone but now, its missing. I can lock and unlock, find teh vehicle and things but no remote heat / vent via the app. It would be useful after a day's mountain biking to get teh hot air out and heat before returning in the winter from a hill walk.

Is there a quick fix like reinstall the app? Done all the registration and set up as primary user with the S-pin....

Check there isn’t an app update. It doesn’t seem to do updates automatically.
