Wheel liner

Hi, I had a tyre blow out in my 2023 VW California.
The blowout damaged the wheel arch liner and dirt will get pushed into the inside of the bumper.

I took it along to a dealer and they were going to charge me £1,100 to fix as the bumper would have to come off.

Can anyone advise where I could get a left rear wheel liner?
