Why do multivan Cali's photograph so badly?

I'm contemplating a return to Cali life and went to look at the T7 / multivan Cali. Virtually all of them I'd seen on line I thought were real ugly ducklings, and I wanted to see if I could live with the looks (before I get to the camping practicalities).
I was rather taken aback! I'd say about 60% of the colour/wheel combos looked pretty good.

How do you all feel about the looks? What are the best colour/wheel combos you've seen / chosen?

Don't get me wrong, I think it's quite possible to pick one that even it's mother couldn't ever love!

I do 'want' to, but really I need an easier life, and preferably a 5 year factory warranty (although I have been checking out all the nice Westy's that come up).

Totally agree with you. I’ve had mine 6 months now. Starlight Blue/Candy White Sometimes it looks stunning..others not so. Rear and front views are great, side on is where I struggle. Looks better with the sliding doors open. Still absolutely love it though. The interior and driving experience are a big leap for me!

It’s all in the eye of the beholder but I’m pretty happy with my wife’s colour choice.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's quite possible to pick one that even it's mother couldn't ever love!

I like the new t7 apart from the missing tailgate bike/towel rack on the back would be good instead of a spoiler.
Ascot grey or white with black wheels looks great or good practical indium grey doesnt look dirty or show swirls as much as some colours

We were very close to buying that combo but didn't like the contrast of the white roof with the antenna, awning etc so went for Florida Beach Blue with the black roof - awaiting delivery to add to the photos!

It’s a Cardigan Corgi. Dog had to shrink to fit in the van!
