Why is this icon flashing in my roof display unit?

Hi I’m after some help please, does anyone know what this flashing icon is in the top right hand corner of my roof control unit display. It appears to be the vehicle with thermometer symbol next to it. I thought it was due to low ambient temperature, but it’s 11° now and it’s still flashing, switching the unit off and on resets it for a short while only. Many thanks, Alan.
