Wind deflectors - for sliding windows

Has any one used/fitted wind deflectors to the sliding side windows.
I'm sure I've seen some somewhere but can't find them now. We find the side windows inopenable much above walking pace due to the noise & wondered if there were any deflectors that aided the airflow over the opening?

Not to my knowledge. I suppose that is why there is the rear fan system for rear passengers.
