Winter Cover / Protec or options?

Looking at getting a winter cover for recently acquired precious T6 , I had a quote from Protec for my previous van for £334 Inc vat in May 2023 which I didn't take up as I had to sell my van in a hurry to finish another project. Now Protec have been acquired / taken over last year and they are quoting £500 + . Has anyone recent experience of this product which has previous good reports ? Are there any good alternatives? I have problems with bird droppings in spring which I'm keen to avoid

I’ve got a Protec cover. It’s excellent. I don’t use it because I have a solar panel that helps keep the leisure batteries in good shape. The cover has proved itself to be waterproof and I’d recommend one.
