Just wondered if I should take upper bed mattress inside for the winter or is it okay left in the vehicle !

I never removed mine never had a problem

Hi there, just wondering what you guys do with your roof mattress over the winter months, not sure whether to cover it up or try and take it out ,is it likely to go mouldy if left for a month or two? Greatful for any advice.

stays in 365 days with no issue just check the tent is fully dry after use

As long as it was dry when last closed up,it will be fine left up in the roof.

Have never taken ours out in 7 years, no sign of any mould yet!

Decision made then, thank you all.

Bellows are fabrics as well. You don't remove them for winter though ;)

I think the main thing is that the Roof Bellows and upstairs mattress, if it has been in contact with a wet Roof Bellows is dry before storing for more than a week or so.
Also, ensure that the inside of the vehicle is dry. Not so much of a problem with a daily driver but ones that are stored. If closed up on a humid day then as the weather cools the excess moisture condenses out inside the vehicle. I use disposable Dehumidifiers and it is surprising how much water they can collect, and mine is a daily driver.
