Interior mirror fixing and covers

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but whilst touring France I dislodged the interior rear view mirror. The mirror is easy to clip the mirror back on but there are 3 covers that came off with it and it is not obvious where each of these covers go and in which order they should be installed. Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
