Kids and Calis mean car booster seats and seat covers for lots of people.
The Group 2-3 seats clip into the isofix much easier than lower group ones and stop the seat tilting round corners, so I will be reverting back to Isofix I think (thanks to good advice on this forum).
The hassle then is continuing to remove the seat cover enough to access the slots, so I am tempted to cut neat holes in the material (its the VW ones).
Anyone tried this and if so, any tips ?

We fold our inka seats down on the back of the bench to make room for isofix.
Then slide them back on when car seat isn't fitted. And before fitted sheet is on for bed.

The covers should be in two halves, back and seat. Just separate as you slide the iso in. It's fiddly but it is easier on our beach than our car.
Our covers are inka as well.

We have the 2 seater beach bench so the covers are one single piece not a top and bottom.

We had an Se previously and I cut a H shape folded out then used duck tape to stop any tearing.
You can then unfold once isofix is finished with, using duck tape again over the cut section.
I don't know of any covers for the cali that accommodate isofix.
Hope that helps

Cheers - very helpful. Think I might do the same.
We’ll be using a booster for years yet and there’s probably no point in ‘protecting’ the covers that are there to protect the seats...
(Off to dig out the Stanley and silver duct tape )

Jackyards are Isofix compatible, but not top tether.

I cut the stitching a little on the left on (already a gap) and put a small vertical slit in the right one. You also have to push the cylindrical rear cushion anchor up out of the way too...so also need a slit through that material too. Backed with gaffer tape.
So all good, and I think a lot more convenient than moving the covers everytime.
