Looking for a Regulator for T3 - LPG TANK

My son has just purchase a lovely left hand drive T3 westy in the most amazing condition, it was came for the USA a few years ago.
He is trying to locate the following regulator, would anybody be able to point him in the right direction.

This is the U.K. distributed for Novacomet of Italy.

The Type 1652 is no longer available but they should be able to suggest an alternative.

Just changed 1st post it’s a T3 not 4.
The regulator has not been tested but has not been used for sometime, do they have a shelf life? If it not ok when tested it the threaded end that the issues as differ to anything available.
MY son is taking taking things cautiously as taking his young family and just wants to ensure their safety.
What the difference to 1.3kg/h and 1.5kg/h can the 1.5 be used in its place.

I'm not an expert, but 1.3 kgm/hr would be the maximum flow rate so you would need a regulator that is capable of 1.3 or greater flow rate otherwise the system would be throttled as if there was a restriction on the fuel pipe. A specialist auto lpg fitter might be able to advise and/or upgrade and safety check the system.
Regulators either work or fail Off.
