Same with me on the last car. Used their price as a start point for my dealer deal

Yes they are great deals under the current climate (of high desirability) - have heard many positive reports of them so I would not hesitate to use them (I didn't for my order as the dealer did a similar price - but many dealers will not....my local ones only offered 2-3%!).

Also I found it interesting that you can get a Grand California for the same price as a Cali Ocean!!

And an extended warranty, service and breakdown cover.

I have recently ordered a new grand cali through them and the deal was good at 12/13% off list and service was good

Does the quoted DTD price include the delivery costs ets from manufacturer to the dealership, normally about 600 and registration and first 12 month road tax
Thanks

yes it includes all on the road costs and the final deal (order) is actually with a pukka VW dealer and not with DTD

The only thing to bear in mind is that you will have to collect your new car, they will not deliver for that price and having placed the order they really don’t want you to change your specification.

Does anyone know how quickly does DTD offer new models/derivatives please?
Specifically I am wondering how quickly I can use it to help with the process of buying Beach.

You can change your ordered spec easily if you don't have a confirmed build week, and get the discount on the revised spec. I was told that once you have a confirmed build week changes may be possible, but things like changing paint colour/engine bhp less likely as they are grouped for economies of scale. That is the same whether you ordered through DTD or not though I expect.

Exactly the same as dealing with any dealer. I would recomend that you speak with your local dealer first as they will normally get somwhere near. If not, try Tom at Breeze.

Dealer offered me 6% but not the 12% I got with DTD. I do need to get to Crawley to pick it up but that’s worth £4k

12%? Grand Cali? Ocean or Coast?

Youre better off on Autoebid...the prices are cheaper as below.

Cali Coast - £49,941
Cali Ocean - £57,613
Grand Cali - £64,251

Seeing the Coast sub £50k was the deal breaker for me.

What percentage is that? (Sorry, just watching footy so can’t work it out)!

Just a few pounds more expensive than DTD for my Ocean 150

Worth checking that they are the correct post-october20 price rise prices. The DTD website wasn't updated for a while when the changed
Thanks, it’s difficult because of options to compare the prices above to mine. Both DTD and Autoebid quoted for the same spec, and DTD were slightly cheaper, using Eurovans in Crawley. I never did find out who Autoebid were using...
