What have you bought for your Cali today :-)

I purchased a DryRobe for the showers in the morning. I got so sick of carrying all my clothes over that now I just look like a complete dork wearing this there and back. And I do not care.

Also bought a bag for the Thetford Porta Potti. It's made life easier. Along with some Really Useful Boxes for the boot.
Lets us know if it is good. I brought a cheap dry robe lookalike from Decathlon so I could drive back from the pool without changing but it was no good I got a wet driver's seat. If you re wet and sit down does the water go through?

This might be better, and alot cheaper than dryrobe:

It’s like wearing a big thick towel! By the time I got back from the shower, I was pretty much dry!

Heko wind deflectors.
Had Dubflecta ones on my T25, so will see how these compare. Easy to fit. The barbed part of the clip faces inwards toward the inside of the van.

Ooh ooh ooh ooh, please tell me how you get on with them. I just decided at the weekend I should probably get. ( Stoopid question of the day: is it a windows open/no drips in the rain thing or a windows open on the motorway thing)

I can’t speak for these ones yet but the last ones were a bit of both. More ventilation when camping / sleeping and also when parked up. Also seemed to get less flies and rain in when driving. I also like how they look too if I’m being honest . They fit nice though, don’t look clunky or out of place. Amazon were the cheapest for me (a few weeks back now).

Sorry, @This Eva I should have asked @Abx

Must be a day for Dry Robes I bought a Charlie McCloud Driathlon microfibre dry robe for the same reason going back & forth to the showers without taking all your change of clothes!

Watch that it does not fall off. Mine did and jammed the sliding door open.

Been meaning to pick up one of these since I collected by Cali but was at the bottom of a long list, can’t believe they don’t fit as standard to a 70k vehicle!

10 points to those that know what it is.
Hi @This Eva Where did you get it? How much? Part Number?
Just checked, mine came with this fitted so can only assume it should have been fitted to yours from new. I doubt it cost much but dealer should supply.

It should ”click“ when seated correctly, once it clicks it shouldn’t come off without pulling it off

I remember staying on a remote site in the Aosta Valley in Italy having a beer outside our van, when out popped a family of 2 adults and 3 children from a big motor home, all wearing different colour dry robes. So funny watching them walk in a line to the shower block in their flip flops and robes

Gas pressure should good,(hopefully not too good), with it being kept warm due to it's in very close proximity to the exhaust!
Where is the means of refilling it?

Gas pressure is the same it has a regulator as with the bottles ,it is propane and it seems to burn better ,filler is below the bumper all very neat cost £8.40 to fill for 12liters of gas

Are you sure? Usually filled from Autogas pumps mainly propane or propane/butane mix in temperate climates. If it's full of butane, you won't get much of a supply in cold weather!

Bought one and was delivered yesterday. Seems really good, just a pity no pockets. I look forward to getting weird stares as I walk through the campsites

Back in stock if anyone else is after one. Reasonable price too.

Thanks kb, does anyone know if has been made in beach size please?
