What have you bought for your Cali today :-)

Been away a few times in our Coast so time for a few small purchases. These pockets were 6£. Got 2 of them. Pack away easy and still allow bench seat to move.
also 4 super handy hooks for headrests.

Other things we have picked up are marvel mats for floor and a 3 plug extension for the kitchen.

magnets hook for wetsuits to hang off the tailgate when open are on the way.

A few DIY projects on the way too and all weather tyres at the end of summer.
Enjoying our Cali a lot - it’s a nice alternative to being stuck at the home desk all day too.

Ooo where did you get the seat belt hanging thing? Need these.

Let us know how you get on with the hooks. Need something like that too.

Can’t have too many hooks.

I only ordered them yesterday. Will give an update once I get them and they are fitted :)
DRawers are nice, easy to fit but you do lose quite a bit of space with them installed. They are very easy to adjust (up and down) once fitted. One thing though, I’d put the fittings further back than it says in the video. They are too far forward if lined up with top drawer fittings

Alcheringa Collapsible Travel Silicone Kettle

. After buying a jackery power unit thought I’d get a lower powered kettle so I can use it when not hooked up. It also folds down so much better for storage as well.

Sat in the wet ans midge highlands today loving the home made Airscreen and VW flynets retrofitted with midge net. Dry and midge free, winner !93EA4CCA-8085-4C4F-ACC4-15985B41F66F.jpeg

S2S mattress arrived this morning from Germany. Just need the Coast to follow suit!
:welcome@Simon_G . I see it's your first post. Not wishing to hijack this thread, but keen to know when you ordered your Coast. Pop an entry on the T6.1 delays thread to keep us all updated whilst we wait.

I received mine last week too. I could only find 1 shop in Europe that had them in stock.

Don’t make the same mistake i did. Took it camping this weekend without reading the instructions. Rolled it out just before bedtime and then decided to read the instructions. “allow to inflate fully for 24 hours before use” oops! Back in the bag but It’s now fully inflated (and very comfortable) in the living room ready for the next camping trip!.

Yes, we ordered through Backpacking Unlimited in Germany. Very straightforward and only took two weeks including FedEx asking for handling/shipping/import charge. Still worked out cheaper than many sites, particularly as most of them had no stock. Thanks for the heads-up on the instructions! Will be sure to heed your advice.

I purchased a DryRobe for the showers in the morning. I got so sick of carrying all my clothes over that now I just look like a complete dork wearing this there and back. And I do not care.

Also bought a bag for the Thetford Porta Potti. It's made life easier. Along with some Really Useful Boxes for the boot.
