Being a Beach we don't have a kitchen side! Well we do, but only when it's in. Had just unloaded all th camping stuff the day before, it was back in bus mode with six kids in it. So very glad it was a gentle shunt.

Very similar to the damage we had on our 1st van. 3rd party wanted to pay without insurance had a mate that could fix it!!!! Final bill via VW approved body shop 9k. All new body panels.

Wouldn't worry too much. my mate has a newer Tourneo and its very nice to drive...

Plus likely that Ford will be making the Electric Cali when it eventually arrives so you will be in safe hands!

Just heard from the garage, delayed by a week. Another 7 days in the Galaxy!

Well it's back at last, the Galaxy is back where it belongs, and the kids are chuffed that we have the Cali back! Six weeks to replace the tailgate, rear wing, bumper etc, apparently mainly waiting for parts (which I can believe at the moment).
