Replacing seals on front of roof

Hi, I’ve just spotted some rust along the seals on the front driver side above the windscreen. Does anyone know if these are something that are replaceable and if so a) easily and b) not too expensively?!

If anyone has intel on whether this rust patch though small is a worry that would be good, be good to know if I can do something to make sure it doesn’t get worse

The seal along where the pop top meets the roof also seems brittle

Thanks had a read. I can’t find any info about remedial work I can do to stop the issue getting worse, or replacing the seals with ones that aren’t cracked (how easy is this?!) or anything else I can try. I’m not keen on the sound of getting the roof taken off etc at this stage! Van is a 2010 and otherwise pretty solid. It’s new to us recently, on closer inspection it seems like some respraying would MAY have taken place on the passenger side but hard to tell for sure, or is it bubbling?!

After 13 yrs I would suggest finding a “ good “ body shop that deals with specialist repairs/vintage vehicles/bespoke painting, not your normal high volume insurance accident repairs, and ask what can be done?
Do not go to VW.
