For context, where was it located…?
I’ve seen some strange installations. One on an industrial estate near me, near an empty unit right and the far end of the estate. You wouldn’t leave a £60k car on charge down there. I’ve never seen a car charging at that point.

It at Lochwinnoch Castle Semple Loch. It appears to have been an early one at the far end of the site nowhere near the car park. The car park has 3 fully working ones. So a bit of a cheat photo. But I expect a lot of early ones will be in obscure places, as you have found.
