Attached awning query 2024 T6.1 Ocean Surf.

Hi all,
Probably a daft question, but there is a gap between the awning and the van (it didn’t come as standard but the garage had it fitted for us) which means when it rains it falls through the gap. Is this normal or should there be some sort of seal between the awning and the van.

There is supposed to be a rubber sealing strip, which slides on before you fit the roller awning to the van:

Ahh ok thanks for that - makes sense though - not sure what make it is but will speak to the garage tomorrow, will be disappointed if they’ve missed it off…
