Good Morning I have an awning that goes on the side of the wind out awning. The issue is that the sliding door catches on the awning beading when the door. It’s the Galli awning connection between the swing and sliding door plastic trim that’s catching

I’m having same problem ( newbie )?

Wind the wind out awning out about 6’’ then it’ll clear the door.
If you wanted to try something different, the fig 8 strips should clip onto the top edge of the windout awning front plate and it can then be closed almost shut fully to hold them in place. Your kador strip will slide into this. You do however need extra fig 8 strips to then connect your awning. Doing it this way misses the side door and means the fixing point is slightly higher. Around 196cm in my case.
