Awning rattling

Awning is driving me crazy with the rattling, can anyone confirm that there is something missing from the two black pieces in the picture. I found some info on here about springs, are these oem or an added extra?, warranty perhaps?

Looks same as mine.
Make sure you fully tighten when winding it in.

Done that, looks like something missing, they just seem to slide easily left and right in the case

They look fine, they slide about so you can position them correctly, need to align them in a place where the awning leg “knees” fold in to meet with these. Just a couple of inches right and left of centre is a good starting point.

The knees should fold into the ring/centre of these anti-rattle devices.
