Beach roof drains

Just noticed a pool of water both sides in the channels at the front under the raising roof.
The photo isn't too clear but there is simply a plastic moulding with a round plug shape but no apparent holes.
Should there be a drain here?

There should be a hole below and to the left of that rubber bung. Approximately 4mm diameter.
They do get blocked, think a garage would clear using an airline.

Thank you Owen.
All sorted, first a small screwdriver then a puff of compressed air and the water drained away.
What a great resource this forum is!
