We would like to get portable solar panels for our T5 Ocean but can I ask how you would recommend attaching the panels via mppt controller to the leisure battery? Or is there a way of using the EHU socket on side of van? Can’t seem to find a definitive answer online and don’t like the idea of crocodile clips to battery under the passenger seat! Thanks for any advice

Anderson female socket hard wired to Leisure Battery with in line fuse, 5 or 10 amp.
Anderson male plug on Solar Panel supply. They are sided so can only be plugged in one way.

May be worth checking your Open Circuit Voltage on your panels, my foldable panels are 18v oc (36v when i use them is series) Allpowers - the manafacturer of my foldable panels provides MC4 to crocodile plug for direct batttery charging but does caution this is a short use (emergency option) for prolonged or regular direct charging of leisure batteries from foldable Solar, I would use a cheap solar power cotroller to regulate the voltage (and also optimise the charging if you choose an MPPT type)
