Cali rear suspension upgrade

We own VW California, year 2008, 4 motion, 180 bph. We recently decided to upgrade our Cali with Pedders rear suspension kit. We are so excited with a result, we want to share it with you. Kit is worth its money. Driving is much more comfortable (especialy over short bumps) and stable in turns , Cali even feels lighter then it is. The car is about 5 centimeters higher above rear tyre (which is slightly higher than the front one) which just seems right. We all know about a saggy rear.

And finally the sliding door to uper bed stays in position during the drive  Before it was opening all the time.

The Pedders service was impacible. Kit, orderd on internet, was across Europe in 48 hours. Changing the suspension is 2 hour job by a mechanic.

Sounds great! When loaded for long journey or with bike racks, it certainly sags.
Can I ask you how much you paid for this!

Even when it was not loaded, our Cali looked sagged. But this did not bothered us as much as a uncomfortable drive.

We paid 400 EUR (incl. delivery) and 40 EUR for a mechanic.
